Synopsis
Film made by Eric Bamford of the of the Nuclear Disarmament Newsreel Committee
showing anti-nuclear protesters demonstrating at North Pickenham near Swaffham in Norfolk. The protest was against the planned construction of a base for Thor intermediate range ballistic missiles and shows members of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament lying down in the road and being removed by the police. There is also footage of a counter demonstration by local people and an interview with Pat Arrowsmith of CND.
