Synopsis

ROUNDABOUT was a monthly cinemagazine produced for distribution in South and South East Asia and issued in eight languages, including Burmese and Mandarin Chinese. This collection of films was produced by the Central Office of Information and designed to promote British values abroad. It is of interest for the way it reflects reflect life in Britain in the 1960s but also how the British wished to be perceived abroad.
