Health and Safety - We’Re All Responsible

Synopsis: Looks at the importance of creating and maintaining a safety culture while at work. Follows a new starter on his first day at a factory and shows the health and safety training from his perspective. Shows the problems in the company including employees not wearing PPE or taking notice of signage, indicating the company does not have a good safety culture.The new recruit decides not to stay at his new job because of the safety hazards and we are shown the consequences of how having a bad safety culture affects this company.
