Synopsis
The programme aims to increase understanding of the impact that cultural difference can have on communication at work, in view of the demographic changes within the UK workforce. It sets out to facilitate discussions on how individuals personally respond to different communication styles, the difficulties that can arise at work as a result of reactions to cultural differences and how to acknowledge and engage with those differences positively.

The pack consists of a 20-minute DVD and support material on disc.
