Synopsis

A documentary by Marlène Ionesco about the American Indian dancer Larrio Ekson, born in Harlem but making his career in Europe, where he worked with Maurice Béjart, Roland Petit, and Carolyn Carlson. Ekson narrates the film himself, in English; there are French subtitles. In brief dance passages he is shown dancing with Carlson and Agnès Letestu.
