Synopsis
A collection of film clips that encourage students to celebrate as well as critically analyse the media. 51 copyright-cleared, classroom-friendly short segments cover key media issues from advertising and pop culture to diversity, terrorism, and anti-racism.
Included in the collection are famous short films not available anywhere else, such as the BBC ‘mockumentary’ SPAGHETTI STORY and the Zapruder film of the Kennedy assassination. Also Michael Moore’s THE AWFUL TRUTH; the MATRIX electronic press kit; Martin Luther King’s ‘I have a dream’.
