- Synopsis
- From October 2004, the final part of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 became law. This interactive course, aims to guide employers through the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and explain what has to be done to comply with the new regulations as well as meeting legal responsibilities when recruiting staff. The course aims to ensure that disabled candidates are not discriminated against in the recruitment procedure, and that reasonable adjustments are made to remove barriers or obstacles to their applications. Real-life scenarios are used to demonstrate the problems faced by disabled people when applying for jobs. Available for purchase on CD-ROM or via internet or intranet by subscription.
