Wired for Books: Graham Swift

Synopsis
Graham Swift, author of The Light of Day, Waterland, and Ever After, journeys from London, England to visit New York for the first time. He is a fortunate writer in that he is a full time writer and does not need a second job. Once a teacher, his popularity rose book sales enough that he no longer needed a second job. Another job he had was working in an insane asylum. Don Swaim and Graham Swift talk about what, if any, ideal alternative solutions there are to insane asylums or prescribing drugs and letting someone back out on the street.
