Synopsis
Filmed on location in Monroeville, Alabama, the real-life setting for the fictional Maycomb in Harper Lee’s novel ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ and the author’s home town. The video contains interviews with friends and associates of Harper Lee, plus extracts from a staged performance in the Monroeville courthouse. The novel is explored through discussion with local residents and pupils.
