- A performance by the Royal Ballet filmed live at the Royal Opera House in 2001 and broadcast on BBC2 on 26/1/02 under the title STRAVINSKY STAGED. The principals in The Firebird are Leanne Benjamin and Jonathan Cope, with Genesia Rosato as the Tsarevna and David Drew as Kostchei, while the Les Noces cast includes Zenaida Yanowsky and David Pickering. DVD bonus items include a 1965 recording of Stravinsky conducting a concert performance of The Firebird ballet suite, rehearsal footage of the two ballets, and David Drew on Nijinska’s staging of Les Noces for The Royal Ballet.
