Synopsis
Traces the history of the luxurious ‘Hindenberg’ airship from its conception and construction to its untimely end in 1937. Includes the broadcast transmitted live by an American journalist in Lakehurst, New Jersey, when the ‘Hindenberg’ crashed to the ground in flames, together with archive film footage, photographs, graphics and interviews with surviving crew members of the ‘Hindenberg’ airship and technical personnel.
