Synopsis

Looks at four very diverse companies - House of Hardy, Bibby Group, De La Rue, and Law Debenture - which have adapted to the needs of their customers, sometimes over a period of centuries, while retaining the framework of their traditions. They are a mixed group covering fields such as finance, security printing, fishing tackle and shipping; what they have in common is that they have turned their heritage into a marketing advantage.
