A moot recorded at Gray’s Inn on 30 June 1975. It is a record of the proceedings conducted as in the Court of Appeal; arguments from one counsel on each side are followed by a summary and judgement by Chief Justice Megaw. The tape can be used either to promote mooting or as an aid in the study of contract law.
