Synopsis

Discussion of gingival surgery in two parts: 1) treatment of hyperplasia by gingivectomy; 2) replaced gingival flap. Discusses the indications for the procedure and describes the surgical technique using diagrams. Demonstrates the surgery on a patient, and describes the recommended post-operative technique.
