- Shows students investigating how farmers and companies are trying to improve the food production process to minimise environmental impact while maintaining food quality. Shows peach growing in Shapparton, Victoria, from growing to processing, looking at climactic requirements for orchards, weed and pest control, water management, and recycling factory waste. Also looks at macadamias in Lismore, New South Wales, investigating the modification of landscapes for farming, integrated pest management, soil erosion controls, conflict with urban encroachment, and factory noise and waste controls.
