Synopsis
Depicts removal of the apical ectodermal ridge at differing stages affecting the extent of limb outgrowth. Reversal of the wing-bud apex produces an extra hand. An extra wing tip forms when the zone of polarizing activity is grafted to the anterior edge of a wing bud.
