Synopsis
Archaeologist Dr Tony Spawforth follows in the footsteps of Alexander the Great, from ancient Thebes in Egypt and the half-flooded catacombs under Alexandria, to the mountains of Turkey, to uncover legends that reveal Alexander as a great warrior and as someone who was worshipped as a god king.
