Follows the design and construction of a restaurant and function centre in the heritage-listed Customs House building in Sydney over a 5-month period. Focuses on the design processes: architects’ plans, layout, overall concept; building and heritage considerations; designing and manufacturing furniture and fittings; interior design; the launch. Includes commentaries from various people involved in the work.
