- Scenes of the giant German airship in flight over New York during the twelve months in which it made twenty safe crossings of the Atlantic. This collection of newsreel footage concludes with Hindenburg’s terrifyingly abrupt collapse in flames at New Jersey on 6th May 1937 when 36 people were killed.
