Synopsis

An interview with Pat Thornton and Nick Osborne, who at the time ran a small business call Cicada Jewellery in Brighton. Investigates the history of their business and includes discussion on their relationship with suppliers, customers and bank managers as well as investigating how they see themselves and how this affected the development of the business. They also discuss their family in relation to their business planning.
