Synopsis

The initial preparation of the neck of the animal is followed by instructions for the isolation of the superior cervical ganglion and its associated nerves which are prepared for stimulation. Nictitating membrane ligation and femoral vein cannulation are also shown. Illustrations and diagrams are given at appropriate points.
