An account of the processes involved in making Channel 4’s soap opera ‘Brookside’. The two-part programme includes interviews with Phil Redmond, the executive producer, and Colin McKeown, the original technical manager. Part 1 concentrates on the production work prior to filming. Part 2 describes the processes of filming on video and post-production.
