- Series looking at the lives of workers in modern Britain and how companies manage their workforces. Profiles indiviual workers and examines in detail good and bad management practice. In four parts: 1) Targets: illustraates successful methods for establishing a productive and motivated workforce by following three workers who have tough targets to meet - two sales people and a businessman; 2) Sacked!: profiles three people fired from their jobs, illustrating how employers deal with the task of making people redundant; 3) Revenge: looks at people who have taken drastic steps to avenge themselves against former employers, illustrating how to prepare effectively for ex-employees who become malicious and destructive; 4) Wanted: the difficulties of finding a job, illustrating the recruitment methods of big and small companies.
