Wobblies, The

Synopsis
A documentary celebration of the heyday of the Industrial Workers of the World, the broad-based radical trade union that rallied thousands of American workers to the cry of ‘one big union’ between 1905 and 1918. Interviews with surviving IWW members from the period are intercut with archive newsreel footage, photographs, newspaper cuttings and animation material while the soundtrack includes radical folksongs and readings of relevant contemporary quotations.
