Synopsis

A careers advice video using a dramatisation to show the progression of a typical interview, during which two selectors comment on the performance of a candidate. It reveals what is going through the interviewers’ minds as the candidate tries to match his answers with their selection criteria. Covers: making a good impression; preparing for predictable and unpredictable questions; responding to selectors’ criteria; answering questions effectively; presenting one’s skills and experience efectively; relating what one has to offer to the world of work; body language; coping with increasing pressure; what questions to ask.
