Synopsis
Dr James Knowlson, director of the Beckett Archive at the University of Reading and editor of the ‘Journal of Beckett Studies’, explores with Miss Billie Whitelaw the background to her performances of several of Beckett’s works, including her widely-acclaimed performance in ‘Not I’ at the Royal Court Theatre in 1973, and more recent productions of two new works, ‘Ghost Trio’ and '...But the Clouds...'.
