- Part 1: Mrs Muriel Green has been dismissed from work. She considers that the dismissal was unfair, and seeks advice on bringing a claim for unfair dismissal. The programme deals with the interviews with the Citizens’ Advice Bureau (CAB) tribunal assistance worker, the filling in of the relevant forms, and the attempt to reach a settlement with the former employer.
