Synopsis

A case study in systems analysis. A dentist who is considering the application of a small computer in group practice describes the various systems operated by himself and his staff. Appointments, NHS payments, clinical records, accounting, paying staff and stock control are outlined in an initial conversation with a systems analyst and illustrated with material shot in the practice itself.
