Synopsis
Back problems are common among nurses and carers, with about 40% developing back trouble. This film deals with correct lifting techniques and back care, incorporating the 1993 Health & Safety Guidelines showing various ways of moving patients who are unable to move themselves. Intended to be used as part of a training programme on back care and manual handling.
