- Bestuursovergave shows the arrival of a new Governor General in Batavia in 1931. He is B C de Jonge and is met by the outgoing Governor H C D de Graeff. The second film shows a school for Indonesian girls training to be servants. Shows general lessons, and the children filing past the headmistress in a crouched position.
