Synopsis

Advice for students on how to tackle examinations. In 3 sections: 1) formalities: such as knowing when and where the examination is to be held, and the format of the exam paper; 2) revision technique: several ways of going about the job of revising are suggested to the student; 3) examination technique: the different types of question a student will come across and ways of answering them are discussed, particular emphasis being put on essay type questions.
