After recalling the foreign pressures which forced Germany into war, it covers the strategy and action of the lightning advance, including scenes at Dunkirk, the parade through Paris and the signature of the Armistice at Compiègne. Also includes captured British and French newsreel material. Music by Hans Horst Sieber (introduction) and Herbert Windt.
