Shirt Collar Assembly
- Synopsis
- Shows a Puma robot in use in assembling shirt collars. The three plys that form the collar are selected from three stacks in the required order and sent on a conveyor to the work station. Separation method has overcome linting problems arising from stacked plys. At the work station, the plys are placed on top of one another very accurately by a set of sensors and then go into the fusing press where the three become one.
