- Synopsis
- Shows Britain’s native breeds of downland and lowland sheep on location in the UK and USA - Southdown, Dorset, Suffolk, the Lleyn from Wales, as well as several breeds of European origin now well-established in Britain’s lowlands. Looks at he revival of sheep dairying and sheep bred for their wool: Merino, Hebridean, Manx and Jacob, and also shows the seaweed-eating North Ronaldsay from the Orkneys.
