Synopsis

A CAL module that provides solutions of labelled antigen and standard antigen of known concentration, and antigen and antibody of unknown concentration, for the user to carry out the experiments needed to determine the concentration of antigen in the unknown solution and thus learn how to design and carry out a radioimmunoassay. Approximately 10 hours of teaching material.
