Synopsis
An accident investigation training programme showing how accident and incident investigation is about acting fast and effectively when something goes wrong so that mistakes can be turned into positive action. In two parts: 1) considers the legal, moral and economic responsibilities and how accident investigation represents an opportunity for any organisation to improve their safety performance; 2) uses an on-screen incident and the subsequent investigation to demonstrate the basic principles of good investigation.
