Synopsis

Emphasises the point that people do not realise how quickly fire spreads and how fast they need to react. Analyses video recordings of the Bradford City Football Ground in 1986. Looks at hazards in homes, offices and shopping precincts and shows how the Royal Navy is tackling the problem after the experience gained in the Falklands.
