Documents the development of an innovative peer mediation service across the inner-city community in Sandwell, Birmingham. Focuses on the development of the service within a large high school, and follows a group of pupils through the selection and training process involved, presenting their first-hand experiences of peer mediation work. Shows how young people can effectively intervene in the minor conflicts of their peers.
