1 (1995): Each of nine units focuses on a specific area, from planning and structuring a presentation, through to concluding and handling questions effectively.
2 (1996): Eight units covering preparation for a meeting, making one’s views heard, asking the right questions, seeking consensus, clarifying action to be taken. Meetings take place in an between two companies, giving examples of both formal and informal meetings.
3 (1996): Ten units showing two companies, one based in New York and the other in the UK, in telephone contact about a forthcoming delegation, involving conversations between a number of different speakers. Covers: preparing and structuring a call, dealing with messages and answerphone, and leading or responding appropriately.
4 (1997?): Eight units include introductions, small talk, dealing with awkward situations, giving and reacting to invitations, and keeping a conversation flowing. The scenarios revolve around two foreign visitors to a British company and the social situations they encounter.
5 (1998): Units focus on the need to develop the language and skills needed to prepare for negotiations, establish positions, clarify problems, make and respond to proposals, and arrive at a mutually beneficial agreement. - Language
