Overkill

Synopsis
In 1963 human remains were found in a Cheshire peat bog, renewing interest in the archaelolgical investigation of Iron Age bog bodies. Archaeologists used modern forensic scienctific techniques to establish the identity and cause of death of Iron age murder victims. The examination casts doubt on theories of Celtic sacrifice.
