Synopsis
Examines the 1998 campaign of Kansas Democrat Dennis Moore to unseat the Republican incumbent in the House of Representatives, Vince Snowbarger. This election provided one of the major upsets in 1998 when Dennis Moore won. The programme tells the story of the Moore campaign and presents an insight into the strategy and tactics of how the Moore team achieved victory.
