Mountains, Fountains and Implied Surroundings

Synopsis
Investigates the use of the medium of television to make architectural ideas more accessible to the public in a collaboration between film-makers and architects. Focusing on Matlock Bath in Derbyshire, the architects suggest built interventions to take the town into the next century, with design projects superimposed on the existing town landscape. These ideas are presented to local residents and their responses recorded.
