Morphodynamic Study of Cultured Nervous Tissue: Spinal Cord Ganglion

Synopsis

Sums up the behaviour of a spinal ganglion in an 8-12 day old chick embryo, grown under a dialysis membrane in a multipurpose Rose chamber, starting from the first hours of culture up to the 3rd month in vitro. The results shown in this study are entirely morphological: no electrical activity, or similar behaviour, is recorded.
