Synopsis
In three parts: 1) a workshop on scenes from As You Like It run by actress Fiona Shaw, exploring the language of the play; 2) an assessment of the 1994 production of the play staged by Cheek by Jowl; 3) a sequence filmed for television rather than the stage and a discussion of the difference between the two media. Also includes interviews with actress Juliet Stevenson and directors Peter Sellars, Annie Castledine and Deborah Warner.
