Lesson in the Feldenkrais Method, A

Synopsis
Garet Newell, who was a member of Moshe Feldenkrais’ final training programme, teaches the Feldenkrais method of awareness through movement, which is becoming an increasingly important practice for the performing artist. One of its more remarkable features is the relationship betwen spoken guidance and physical action - the timing and rhythm of this leading the participant to greater awareness. This video is the unedited record of one complete lesson given by Garet Newell and preceded by a short introduction.
