Synopsis
Examines the effects of individualised learning on the attitudes of pupils towards education and learning. Explains the organisation of the school - timetabling, the structure of tutor groups and the operation of ‘team’ areas. Teachers talk about the aims of the school and attempt to involve students in its democratic running. Students also discuss what the school, an open plan Senior High School catering for pupils aged 14-18, is trying to accomplish.
