Individual Infertile Cow, The (Cd-Rom)
- Synopsis
- The individual infertile cow is defined in relation to fertility of the rest of the herd. The programme emphasises a thorough, step-by step investigation and examination of the cow, so that an attempt can be made to establish a firm diagnosis of the cause of the apparent infertility. Outlines of appropriate treatment are given. Many cases of infertility affecting an individal cow are covered, giving particular attention to the ‘repeat breeder cow’. Emphasises that no explanantion can be found in many cases and that some of this latter group will eventually conceive without treatment, if given sufficient time.
