- Description
- This leaflet provides an overview to anyone who wishes to know more about the changes to copyright law which will come into force in June 2014. The changes to the copyright exceptions are brought in by secondary legislation in the form of five statutory instruments that amend relevant sections of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The changes affect different groups in different ways so the IPO has also produced a range of leaflets giving advice tailored to these specific groups:
Accessible Formats for Disabled People; Education and Teaching; Research; Copyright materials held by public bodies; and Libraries, archives and museums
