Description
The Baim Collection Limited owns and controls all of the copyright works of the late Harold Baim. Harold Baim was a prolific producer of short films from 1946 to 1983.

There are over one hundred 35mm short films in the collection originally made for release in the British cinema. The collection also holds two feature films. Nearly all of the surviving films are in colour and more than fifty of the titles are available on BETA SP tape.

The Baim Collection provides researchers and programme makers with a window on the post-war period 1946 to 1983. The collection holds unique images of Britain as well as a number of international travel films. These films provide general programme makers, entertainment producers, historians and documentary makers with affordable illustrative colour material.

The lists on the website are primarily for the use of researchers and programme makers who wish to licence ‘clips’ or images from the films for inclusion in new films, television programmes and web sites. Screeners available on VHS or DVD+RW
