Description: Roehampton offers a broad range of courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and research level in the arts and humanities, social and life sciences and education. There are two Learning Resource Centres which between them house 370,000 books and other material to support the academic needs of its users. The Roehampton Lane Learning Resources Centre in particular houses a strong collection of performing arts material in the areas of drama and theatre, dance, film and television. In line with the modules taught at undergraduate level the College has good collections of material on film and video productions, audience studies, film history, narrative, criticism and theory, European cinema, Shakespeare on film, and social and political aspect of cinema.
